High Precision Tube Bender for 1.5 Pipe and 2 Round Tube

This manual roll bender features driven rolls with roll bending style and manual adjustment for the bending rolls. With a maximum OD of 2 inches, it is capable of rolling tube, pipe, channel, flats, and various box tubing. The unit's compact size allows for easy portability and versatility.

The top roll position can be adjusted using a lever handle, while the lower rolls are fixed in place. The bottom rolls are equipped with ball bearings for quick dropping. The bender can bend 1.5-inch pipe to a minimum radius of 20 inches and 2-inch round tube to a minimum radius of 60 inches.

A manual crank is provided for efficient bending of large radius bends. Shafts on the bender turn on precision ball bearings, ensuring a smooth operation. Included with the bender is a set of 1-1/2" OD tube dies.

The round tube capacity size is 2x.095 with a minimum radius of 60 inches. For pipes, the capacity size is 1.5 inches with a minimum radius of 20 inches. It is also capable of bending round aluminum with a size of 2x.120. Additionally, the bender can handle rectangular tubing with a size of 1x2 inches and a minimum radius of 10 inches. For square mild steel, the capacity is 2x.083 inches.
